Anything that gets you moving and you lilke enough to continue to do. Any exercise sucks if you dislike doing it, and you'd be very likely to quit.

anything, actually that gets your heartrate up, they used to say walking was best, and I agree but there are too many DR.s with a book to sell so anything goes with them
