try priceline.com
I had several good deals on domestic flights from there because you can name your own price.
I use orbitz.com for International flights because they seem to have more choices than other websites.

Although Spirit Air has limited cities that it flies to, they have really reasonable prices. We have compared prices to many different destinations, and found them to be the lowest almost every time.
