You should discuss this with your doctor. If he says it is ok for you to take each night, then the only risk you have is that of building up a drug tolerance. As you build up a tolerance, you will have to increase your dosages in order to achieve the same effects. My advice, try something else to help you sleep, such as chamomile tea. If you really want meds, talk to your doctor about a prescription sleep aid. This way, when you need to use Tylenol for a pain killer, you won't have a huge tolerance to it.

Usually Tylenols are for pain killing it's not for sleep helping.
Due to my own experience Tylenols and all other pain killers hurts your kidney, I took it for like about a week and i could not pee that easily and my kidney hurt a lot.
So my suggestion for you is.... if you really can't sleep or you have other problems, go to your doctor and seek for the best way to help you

Good Luck!!

Well, they might not work that great when you really need them.Your body can build a talerance to them as with any med over a period of time...I like to take Pampern to sleep well but I only allow myself that when I really need them.I would say if you can.see your doctor about getting Lunesta sleep aid.

It can cause liver problems in the long run. It can also cause problems with the lining of your stomach. It would be best if you went to the doctor and had him prescribe a sleep aid that is non habit forming.

tylenol is not a sleep aid...unless you are taking a tylenol pm...either way it not meant to be taken as a sleep aid. tylenol is hard on your liver, and can cause problems.
