Well I don't know if all the iterations you wonder about all have special terms, but here are some popular variations on your theme:

The Vulgate -a Latin translation originating with St. Jerome in the 4th century

The Septuagint - a translation of the Old Testament from Hebrew to Greek, done by the diaspora of Alexandria in the 3rd century B.C. or so.

Textus Recepticus - an edition of the Bible (in Greek) from the Byzantine tradition.

Nestle-Aland - the Alexandrian tradition (Greek)

The Masoretic text - this is the Hebrew version of the Tanakh (Old Testament) and Torah used in Judaism
