My best ever bench press is 60lbs, so i am not very strong for a guy, but recently i have met three different women who were much stronger than me...one of them even told me that her 13 year old daughter was stronger than i am!! All of them, while not being fat, are quite big, and a little overweight. Do you think that is why they are stronger, or could even a slim woman be as strong or stronger than i am?

NO it's all about muscle mass rather than fat. Muscle weighs more so you have better strength. You may have a high body fat percentage but are really slim. They may appear over weight but have a lower percentage of body fat and greater muscle mass. Also, most women have carried kids so they are stronger in the arms than what men would expect.

I'm going to answer this stupid question for you. NO...It do not matter the size. It is the muscle power that you have. All fat women are not stronger than men. But don't you try and fight them because they might beat your but!!

Don't confuse muscle mass with fat.

They are not stronger simply because they are bigger, but because they have more muscle mass, but even then, how much it shows is dependent on genetics. There are people who are considerably smaller who can be quite strong and vice versa.
