There are two answers to your question. The first, most commonly known (as you can see by the previous answers) is a heart attack on a plate... And the proper order of things is:

Fries, cheese curds, gravy. That way the gravy melts the cheese, and you end up with goowey goodness.

The second is an Acadian dish... Poutine Rapé. Grated potatoes, stuffed with a pork mixture, shaped into a ball and then boiled. Served with ketchup or brown sugar. What a waste of a perfectly good potato.

I actual love pasta, and the sauce. Pasta has been one in each of my wide-spread foodstuff to percentage with my mom, it truly presented our family individuals jointly. :) on the different hand poutine is really astounding! yet when I had to settle on, i'd %. pasta!
