girl... i have been heartbroken 4 times... but still i always trust my companion a lot... the reason of break ups can be many... it is not alwyas distrust... so it depends on the reason of your break-up....
if it is for distrust, then let me tell you that no 2 persons are alike.... you can't penalise the second person just because the first one has ditched you...!!!! how would you feel if you would have been in the same situation as the guy you are going around with, and you would have been distrusted in whatever you do (it can be as silly as taking a burger from a male who is a waiter in some restaurant you have been to the first time...)... come on grow up... give him some space to breathe.... no one can bind anyone by holding him tight... they are like sand... the more you try to hold, the less you will have in your hand....

This may seam a little wierd of an answer but i am telling you now u cant do anything to stop the hurt but the wounds that u have recieved from this relationship will heal....not fully but they will disappear in time.... u have to trust that love will fund you and that u dont have to run to find love.....every single person on earth has an angel that god has sent to that one person.... u will find ur angel one day and i hope that u do......God Bless and good luck for the future. i hope that everything works out between u two......

It is difficult sometimes to re-gain trust once you have been heartbroken. Let him know about your insecurities and always have open conversations with him.

i recently give started trust someone again and she is great i am glade that i give someone who will return my love a chance and not rob her because of what someone else did.
by the way first love do die so long as u are willing to let it go.

If we are talking about his heart, you have to consider the possibility that he may be the one responsible for his own heartache.
Is he confident in himself?
Do you want to be his girlfriend or his mother?
Be yourself. If he is self destructive, you have to decide if you want to attempt to repairhim or move on.

start by taking it slow and easy.. its not like you are getting married that soon..
get comfy and communication is always best!!
But first try to deal with your excess baggage first and believe that your present boyfriend is another individual and deserves not to be compared with your exes, so don't think that he will be like your exbf's,
if all else fails,just pray!!
