I always make pasta, but as it's simply myself and my fiance at home, we wind up with at least two tupperware containers full of leftovers that we rarely ever end up eating again. Are they any recipes where I could incorporate this leftover pasta again? I'm sure if I was able to put the pasta into a different dish of some sort, we'd be much more likely to eat the rest of it at a later date.

That is so cool that you make your own pasta! I'm sure it's great that way, too. I would chop up lots of fresh veggies - red onion, broccoli, squash or zucchini, tomatoes, peppers - anything you like - toss them with the pasta & Zesty Italian dressing. Sprinkle that with some freshly grated parmesan cheese, fresh cracked pepper & other seasonings. Chill & serve - it's a great dish for summertime when all of the vegetables are in & it's light, not a heavy dish. Enjoy & have fun!!

here is a recipe that my grandma gave me about 20 yrs ago--cold cooked spaghetti ( other pasta works too) Mayo, or miracle whip, imitation crab meat- cut or shredded into small bite size pieces, onion-diced, and salt and pepper. Mix all together adjusting to personal flavor and liking (i.e.-lots of mayo or whatever). Hope you enjoy it, it has become a family favorite over the years.

i like it basically with butter on and then freshly grated Parmesan cheese as a part dish. Or, saute some shrimp and finely chopped garlic in butter, then upload eco-friendly papper and freshly cut back tomatoes and saute until finally delicate crisp and throw that over the pasta. Like a scampi.

If it's spaghetti, make a pasta salad. Use tomatoes, black olives and Italian dressing. If it's noodles, make a casserole with tuna or chicken, cream of mushroom soup, with a little milk. If it's macaroni, make macaroni salad. Just be creative.

you could make cold pasta salad (with a variety of things) to eat for lunches, or you could reheat the pasta, with a tiny bit of oil to stop it all sticking together, and eat it with another sauce
