A tortilla spread with low-fat hummus, topped with loads of herby salad and spring onions, roasted peppers and garlic and cooked ham, or spicy chicken all rolled up together. AND it's good for my diet! Oh yeah, gimme one NOW!
BTW there is a recipe for peanut butter and chocolate cookie things in How To Be A Domestic Goddess that you would LOVE! It's so sweet it takes the enamel off your teeth just to read the ingredients lol

Pulled BBQ pork.
Gyro meat with tzatziki sauce.

Egg and olive. Hard boiled eggs shredded on a grater with lots of chopped green olives and mayo mixed together. Spread on soft white bread... YUMMY!!!
