I mean seriously however bashing Christianity and Christ is not deemed Intolerate, not to mention the same people who call bashing Islam intolerate seem to also be ok with the idea not only of the bashing of Christians but also the bashing of Jews.

If a newspaper wishes to post Jesus Christ hanging on the cross in a Jar of Urine then that is ok and the Paper should not have to apologize because oh that was all so cool or whatever, but if that same paper decides to puts a pic of Muhammed with a Bomb on his Head then that Paper needs to apologize for Intolerance?

Since when is it ok to be intolerant to Christianity and Judaism but we have to bow down to islam as if Islam is our grand god?

You need to understand the nature of Islam.

Unlike Christianity and other religions, it is an offence against Islam to create any image of Muhammad. The same used to be said of Buddhism until people forgot and now we have millions of Buddha statues.

Do a search on how many authorized pictures of Muhammad exist and you will find none. OK, its not double standards, it's just from a Christian perspective we find that kind of anti-icon, anti-marketing belief strange.

These things are all a part of prophecy and has to do with the antichrist movement. For out of Islam comes the Antichrist.

It makes no logical sense for Islam with the bad logic they use to be gaining in leaps and bounds, and even controlling our own American government into showing them favor above Christianity and Judaism. Favoritism as in their children allowed to have the Quran and some schools even giving students "prayer rooms" so they are not offended, yet more and more Christian students may not carry a Bible to school nor pray.

As tired of this as some people get - I will still point this out as a red flag in Prophecy being fulfilled..., DANIEL 9:27 Identifies the religion from which the Antichrist comes...

On the Temple Mount.., on a wing of the foundations of the former temple, sets an abomination that causes desolations..., the Dome of the Rock. This Mosque sits on a wing of the Temple Mount - the Mosque according to Biblical thought would naturally be considered an abomination.

I am NOT preaching hate against Islam - but I am showing something that is what it is as stated by the Bible - ISLAM was indeed prophesied in the Bible, just not the way they presume. It does not praise Muhammad, but warns God's followers against him in essence.

Upon the Pinnacle of the Abominable Temple (the mosque) comes One who causes desolations....

And in the Book of Revelation, the chief trademark of the Antichrist is beheading Christians as well as those who will not receive the Mark of the Beast. Of all the religions TODAY (not talking about the past) Islam of the Middle East has used this as a symbol of their divine retribution in Jihad.

There is more that ties the coming of "the" Antichrist in with Islam..., but to save endless typing, I think this at least gives enough information to put the point across. I urge Muslims to turn away from Islam for Death is in her wings - but Life is in Jesus.., the Son of God.

My politically incorrect answer is that the Islam religion is demonic and deceived. Paul warned about a false gospel even if taught by an angel (Galations 1:8). My understanding is that Islam rejects the divinity of Jesus. To Christians, this is a no small heresy. Also, the flags of some Moslem nations have swords, indicating conversion by the sword. Christians who have any notion of conversion by the sword are going against the teachings of Jesus. He taught cooperation with government, love and pray for your enemies, turn the other cheek, be humble and put others before yourself, etc. Jesus, Paul, James, and Peter (among others) specifically taught that our good behavior should influence people to consider looking into what Christians believe. We are instructed to be good ambassadors for Jesus, which is a huge challenge.

I found nothing wrong with either example you give. Most of it is human nature. Christians cannot truly like Jews. Jews say jesus was just a man, and refuse to see him as the son of god. They find christians misguided. Instant enemys in reality. Islam is just a version of the jews and christians religion. So all 3 are at odds with each other. Once you toss in other religons, pagans, atheists, into the mix, all think the others are wrong. Anyone of them might be right. Christians tend to feel attacked, when people want them to keep their religion to themselves. And not make laws enforcing their rules. Islam looks for any offense to start shooting people. If anything, islam is more honest then christians. They admit to wanting to force people to belive, christians pretend they are more loving about it.

It's all part of Satan's plan to get everybody to hate Christians. I have been wondering the same question you are asking. In fact I just spoke to my wife the other day about it. Why is it that when Christians say homosexuality is a sin people say we are intolerant. Hey! I didn't write the Bible pal! That's a really good question and I hope you get a lot of good answers.

I guess that the tolerance must come from within the people and not without. As I see my religion, if I think my religion is so weak that some blasphemy can shake it - it is not the religion to blame here but me, I am weak to think that any religion can shake with blasphemy. Any religion which says there is one God and his religion is love is a true religion, but then loOK around people hate in the name of that very God !!!

The question you ask is akin to Jesus asking - they nailed me to the cross - why is it ok and why shouldn't my disciples pick up arms and kill the ones who did this to me.

Remember Jesus said "Forgive them lord they know not what they do".

One reason Christians won't bomb the newspaper office.
Demonstrate in the street and burn down buildings.
Muslims are radical, fanical, wild people who are crazy and scary. Which in the end is what is going to get them killed.
Read history when people fear something. For a time they back down, then they get crazy to and go after the source of that fear.
In other words they are createing their own damize.
Iraq is a perfect example, they won't leave until there all dead.
9/11 set in motion there own deaths. People are afraid of them.

Just to the architect, Christians aren't supposed to make any resemblances to Jesus either, it's just that some people didn't remember that when they started to commission the artwork.

Make not a graven image unto yourselves is basically don't make anything to worship, and whenever someone makes a picture of Jesus, and especially if it becomes popular, you sort of expect that to be what he looks like. And, you also start to worship that image.

my friend I think you know nothing about Islam, let me tell you this to show any of the God's messengers(prophets) is against our religion (Islam) and its totally prohibited, when it comes to our prophet(pbuh) and someone is making fun of him yes will do everything to stop it, when it comes to Jesus(pbuh) you can never see anything about him in our newspaper and if it happened in your place that's different you should stop that. for us we respect all religions and all prophets (pbut) even if we make a movie we just show the body and the face will be ball of light which explain how much we respect them all, if you can find the movie made by Iran on (st.Mary how did Jesus came to life and she has been treated by her people that and when it comes to Jesus when he was a baby they just show light instead of his face). that is why we don't like to bash anyone and we will not ever accept to be bashed.

Muslims don't bash Jesus because they love him, but we don't beleive he is son of God but his servant as Mohammad PBUT is. The way we respect God and his messengers is much more strong than yours, so we don't tolerate bashing Jesus too. You don't mind to make a film about Jesus and an actor to resample Jesus, but we don't agree on this.
