Does anyone know any good ways to loose weight? I was thinking in just eating eggs, salads and gallons of water (drown myself) LOL! What do you think or do you have any better ideas. I'm not to crazy in popping pills cause I tend to get lazy and I dont care to excersie. I think I do alot of walking, standing, and running around between my job and kids. I really dont care to excersies til I get some weight off and feel a little better about myself. you know I'm just a person always doing for others and never for me....

Hello Dear, you sound a good person and mummy..I am glad that you are not crazy about those stupid pills and all that advertisement on mirracle remedies. I would recommend you one dietsry plan and I am sure it will work for you,as far as you are consistent and don't lack will and motivation. It's rather simple.Ear separately all the proteins(milk, eggs, fish etc) and don't mess them with any carbohidrates(pasta, bread etc) at least for two weeks.Eat normally, don't skip a meal, preferably not large portions. For example if you decide to eat a steak, add abundant salad, like tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce etc.add some oil(Olive is the best)..if you choose to eat carbohidrates take a loaf of bread and make a sandwich with all you have in mind without cheese, meat etc. If you stick to that, naturally for at about a week or so you'll reduce your weight with 3 to 5 kilograms. Drink a few cups od green tea, fresh juices..as to your phisical activity REally amazing is the effect of WALKING..JUST WALK(5-6km per day)..and let me know how's going in..Good luck!!

Eat less and excercise is the healthiest way. Diets can be fads and can set you up for failure and possible weight gain rather than loss. Try playing racquetball. It's GREAT exercise and you don't even know your losing weight because it's so much fun. Play 2-3 times a week with someone who is at your level. To find players, just do a search on the internet for racquetball players or racquetball partners and find someone at your level.
Try chewing gum like juicy fruit when you want a snack between meals. When you feel like binging, brush your teeth. Sounds silly but try it. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to help cleanse your system, then soon you'll be craving water.
P.S. Racquetball is the lazy persons sport : )!!!

Salad, eggs and water are good. But make sure you put some chicken/tuna/tofu in there somewhere as well. Also eat whole grain breads and pastas from time to time. Not to be rude or too bold but you've got to get over the lazy thing...start little like walking. Go before the sun comes up or just after it starts to go down, walk for 30 minutes at a time. As time goes on, increase the amount of time and the intensity ( walk uphill or hike). I've tried diet pills and everything else I can imagine but the ONLY way I've lost a good amount of weight and kept it off is through eating healthy and excercise.
** Also, don't eat after 7pm** don't drink your calories ( drink only water, coffee and fat free milk)**no processed sugars at all, only fruit and honey**
You are busy running after other people but there is no way you can keep up that lifestyle of give give give if you do not give at least this one very important thing to yourself. You are worth it and you can do it!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

The water deal is not a good idea unless you're going to take good vitamins to replace the electrolytes water washes away.

The body naturally burns calories, even while you do nothing. Find out how many calories your body needs each day for your ideal weight, and limit your intake to that amount. If you happen tu burn more, it's a bonus. But you will always at least maintain enough fuel for what you want to keep.

Also, don't eat candy or sweets more than once per week, and cut out the soft drinks all together. Instead of that plain water, drink water with lemon juice. Lemon juice breaks down gallstones and prevents kidney stones, which tend to affect people who diet.

Reducing your caloric intake and increasing exercise will certainly work. However, it's a good idea to cleanse and provide good nutrition, even though you're eating less.

I have over 20 years experience helping some lose weight and helping others gain weight. The most effective weight-loss system I've seen yet is STACK.

So far, it has worked for 100% of the people I've recommended it to. Secondly, it seems to work better for those who DO NOT exercise.

STACK comes with a 90-day, money back guarantee.

The best thing you can do is to reduce your eating input. Also, try to limit the number of calories that you intake in a day. I've been eating less and exercising more and I've been loosing about 3-5 lbs a week.

ok. start with a commitment to "self time". just for you unwind the stress and hypertension, i really think it should include some sort of activity that increases heart rate and circulation.

if you honestly find that's covered by your daily grind, great. ( you said "I think I do alot of walking, standing, and running around between my job and kids.")

if not then you really should find something fun you like to do that keeps you moving, dancing, (i like table tennis) whatever, i just can't believe any progress will be made without eating less fatty foods and exercises.

good luck and i hope you stay motivated
