that I change my usual short cut straight across the hairline in the back to a ducktail/point in the middle. My hair does not naturally comb that way so she would have to cut it in. Does anyone really notice how the hairline is cut that much?

apparently so! Mine tends that way naturally, but had it cut from quite long, and was amazed at how many people commented on the duck tail at the back. So it would seem that people do notice even if you can't see it!

dude, mine does the same, it looks good cut in for about a week, I saw it in a mirror in a lift, long story, and it looked really untidy, square at the back or get it trimmed once a fortnight

who has a ducktail these days? you could try it, and it would be easy to cut off if it doesn't work...she mite know best.
