there is a save a copy button in the top left hand corner of the screen click that save it and then send and e-mail and attach the file like any other

If the file is an an attachment to an email you can simply forward the email to your friend.
If you have already downloaded the file or it is available on your computer just attach it in the email and send it

You may forward the message with attachment, leaving or deleting the content of email. Fastest way, saving to computer (My documents) and attaching takes some time.

Yeah you can just click save and then navigate to the directory you want to save it to and then attach it to another e-mail.
The easiest way though is to simply forward your friend's email.

do u have it in ur mail box ? i mean the file u selected to send to ur friend..if so simply forward the mail or else from any other source u can follow the answer already mentioned. otherwise just press CTRL+s........that's enough

You can save it, yes, but rather than save it and attach it and send again.
Just click FORWARD with attachments, and send on
