Because most woman are afraid of being rejected... Just like a guy. Some women are shy and don't want to be pointed out for their faults if a guy rejects them. And most woman that are aggressive are just lucky they have the courage to do that.

Well, because with me it was that I felt like the guy should pursue me. A little old fashioned, but hey, in this modern world of feminism, someone has to stay a little old fashioned.
BUT, if I didn't make the first move, I probably wouldn't be with my fiancee right now. So, it's all about knowing when and with whom.

Sometimes it's because of the fear of being shot down. Sometimes guys are not very easy to read. If you let it be known of you intentions then it would be easier for the woman to open up.

After a few drinks most are more up front. Maybe not ordinarily up front because they don't want to be considered a "ho."

when we are aggressive you guys tend to take it the wrong way it also makes us look desperate sometimes and we get taken advantage of
