Aggression is a possible result of discomfort.
You have to ask yourself, when being criticised, whether the other person DOES have a point, or not. A lot of time we get angry when being accused, because deep inside we know that the other person is right, but we don't want to admit it, since it makes us feel inferior to the accusing side.
The best way to go at it is to face the problem. If we get accused of something, while it might make us angry, we should tell the other party that we'll check out his/her accusations in order to verify whether we were really responsible for it. That way, we get a time frame, a breather, to sort things out. If the problem is really our doing, then we should look for a way to solve said problem, in order to come clean and re-gain the respect not just of others towards us, but our own respect towards who we are.
If the problem wasn't a result of our doing, try and explain to the other side your point of view.
Remember, the fact that someone thinks you did something, doesn't mean he or she believes it. They might've gotten the idea from certain facts, but if you know you're not responsible, than just say so and explain, if you can, why not and you'll feel better with yourself.
Oh, and never suppress your anger, since it'll do only bad things to you in the long run. Try channeling the energy from your anger to things that are more productive, for example, if you feel angry at a certain moment, either take it out in a form of Martial Arts training, or channel the energy in order to pursue your hobby. Never swallow the anger. That's a big no-no.

Hello Sajana...u can stay cool by:1st Drink a lot of water as u get up....it makes ur brain muscles relax n in return helps u keep anger aside, 2nd Have less amount of sodium salts[e.g. Normal(common salt)] and try to eat fruit called Kiwi in India.....3rd Have ample amount of juices or fruits with lot of liquids...these points gonna a help u a lot my friend...
Things to avoid:
1.Avoid Cold Drinks(coke,pepsi etc) as they contain chemicals which make ur blood stiff so u get impatient at times....
2.Avoid non-vegeteranian food biggest enemy of humans...even avoid eggs...
In Last just take long breaths during evening n morning in some green place...it gonna refreshen ur brain muscles
U should do some kind of Meditation(Yoga etc)
These remedies will definately solve ur problem...

There's this old remedy of counting to ten (or one hundred) before blowing-off your top, or you can walk out of the place where these annoying friends are. Best thing is to avoid them completely and never associate with them. Cool down Sajana baby, nothing is worth getting angry about.

I would tell you there is nothing permenent but let it out in one way or another. Punching bags are my key they sell ones for your desk too! Or go outside and scream! Sex! Or have someone make you laugh or talk it out with a close friend to get it out! good luck!
