You need to seek inpatient care at a hospital or clinic, my friend. They will help you with the withdrawals and other effects of coming off of the drug. Once in inpatient care, you may be directed to self-help groups, like AA. Go to these - they will save your life and your family.

My dad end chilly turkey after 30 years. He complained always for an total three hundred and sixty 5 days, yet he not in any respect smoked back and now that is been about 8 years. detect a collection of particularly distracting stuff to do. Get some sturdy video clips, some secret novels, study the thanks to knit, get addicted to a pc sport, sparkling the heck out of your homestead acceptable to bottom, commence a workout consultation software, study some new recipes... whenever you commence feeling determined, purely change to at least one in all of your different activities. you truly ought to gut it out. that is confusing even if that is so worth it. upload up each and each and every of the money you would have spent on cigarettes through the time your daughter graduates intense college, and spot if that is adequate to purchase her a automobile or positioned her by skill of a few semesters of faculty. sturdy luck!

You are not able to do any of those things now,if you are telling the truth.
I know I was a user and seller for about ten years. If you have been mainlining daily for three years you are not working regularly nor are you fooling anyone. The nature of meth is that it takes more and more to get you to the same place. In three years of daily use you would be up to about at least a sixteenth a day or about $75 to $100 dollars a day.
Go to rehab. If you can afford the dope you can afford rehab.

God Bless you. If you want to beat this you can. You have taken the first step. You recognized the problem and admitted it. You have courage. It did not get to this point overnight and it will not go away overnight. Are you able to go to an addiction counselor? Rehab? Narcotics Anonymous meetings? There is much help available. If you check yourself into detox, they would help rid your physical body of the drug. The biggest challenge, is to loose the desire. I suggest, each time you have a thought of desiring the drug, rethink it from another perspective. If one wants to keep something alive in their life, they think of only the good they see in it....if you want to kill something in your life (such as the desire for the addiction) then each time you have a thought about it and your thoughts want to take you to a place of desiring the euphoria, the ^ energy, the upbeat excitment et al...instead change the thoughts, think of what is at stake, keep reminding yourself of the physical downsides of the drug, think of how your heart, brain and health is becoming destroyed by the use and the fact is you could have a mass heart attack or stroke and die quickly, remember your family and how they expect better from you, think of how you could loose your house, your family and your job, etc. Choices are like a balance scale...whatever you place more value on, is what you see as the choice you will make. If you can master your thoughts, and desires you will succeed. You can do this on your own if you want it bad enough and are self disciplined enough. However, many people desire the support of others. Narcotics anonymous is private and helpful. It is basically the same as AA, but specific to drugs other than alcohol. There are meetings in every location. They are free and confidential. They can give you suggestions and support, but the desire and the work will come from you.
God can help you overcome. Drugs are a symptom of a problem, they are not the problem themselves. Take your feelings and problems to the Lord...he can and will give you better solutions for your problems. God can make all things new again. He can give you euphoria without drugs. He can bring you happiness and health.
I am an RN and I have worked with Psych & addiction problems. I know that you have taken the first step and have the courage and ability to overcome. Set your goals, keep site of the goals, do not look back. Forgive yourself and others. Commend yourself for what you are doing right, and never beat yourself up for your shortcomings. We all make mistakes, the important thing is to learn from them and move on. Then when you beat this, there is nothing you can't overcome or succeed at. You are the man!
I am a Christian. I see how God works. God gives us all things for the good of us, Satan comes to steal those things and use them in our lives for destruction. Take the power back. Do not allow Satan to steal your health, your family, your job, your happiness, your life. You have given him the power to weaken you and get your thoughts off of what is good and right for you and your family...but today...declare it all back. Ask God to forgive you and give you the strength to overcome. Read your Bible. Talk with God. Believe. Work hard. Never give up. The low self esteem that Satan has caused you to have by making wrong choices will leave. Take back your power! Never give your life control to evil. You will be proud of your accomplishments. You will restore your faith in your decisions, your life and Gods plan for you. I will pray for you Please, never give up.

I Know from experience, the Hardest thing I ever did was check into a rehab facility, I had a million reasons not to, But it Saved my life and I thought my family would hate me, but they knew all along and they were glad I wanted to live. I wasn't easy but well worth it. I understand how good you feelon it and how bad without, but I didn't want to die and I would have. There is hope for you, PLEASE seek help!

I cannot offer an answer better than the first, I can merely affirm that it is the best way to go, and attest to its efficacy.
Do this for your family and for yourself.
I wish you the best.
