My friends mate fancies me and invited me to go out with him sometime.The thing is he has a girlfriend but hes always complaining about how she is getting on his nerves and all of that. But anyway.....when i call him on he talks to me and things are fine, when i tex him he rarely replies, even if he says that he is going to, he lets me down, also when i see him on road and were talkin, he goes all shy with me.......like hes talkin to me but not lookin at me. I dunno whether to link him because we are both taken.....but we like each other.....and i jus want to be friends and chill with him. Should i wait for him to call/tex me or should i call/tex him anyway?

Maybe he just doesn't like txting. But if he can't look you in the eye there is a problem there girly. If you are unsure then I suggest stay just chilling buddies until he ditches the other girl and then you are free to explore the possibilities. If you get involved with someone that is already tagged then that just leads to a whole bunch of other issues which will surely make it impossible for you to work out the issues you have already mentioned. In my experience, if he complains to you about the one he is with he will complain to the next girl he is with about you so cool your heels and play a little harder to get. Let him come to you and when he does say no i'm busy but maybe next time. That will tell you right there where his intentions really are.

You want more than friendship from what your saying. You wait for him to text and you feel dissapointed when he doesn't. You are looking for clues to see how he feels. Friends don't do that unless they want they have a liking.
Word of advice: he is taken so don't play around with this thing too much.

he might be having a feeling of "like" on you or just "fancy" you but don't over interpret or misunderstood...
show him that you are ready to be his friend but dont let him misunderstood you or even make a suggestion of a future relationship..
You might end up feeling deeply for him and for all you know, the feeling might not be mutual... you'll end up being hurt in the long run..
I suggest that you play it safe ... and guard your feelings... meantime get yourself busy and play the faithful g/f to your bf...
