I think that before haveing sex it's important to get warmed up. So in my oppinion oral sex is a must. I think it forms part of having sex. But my mates say I'm wasting mytime, that i should just get in there. What do you think? Please advise

What? Women who don't like oral? *shakes head* That is a phenomena that I will NEVER understand.
As for your question... I think maybe you should ask her to relax and enjoy it. Tell her it's for her. I don't know if that will help, but it's worth a shot I guess.
Personally I'd feel pretty insulted if my man didn't want to accept oral from me, cause it's something that I've only ever enjoyed doing to him. If he said no it would be kinda hurtful.

Oral is a great way for a girl to get warmed up.
Just sticking it in there for a girl can be very uncomfortable if her body isn't ready for it.
After oral, the real thing will be 100 times better, with more enjoyment on both sides.
Also, why listen to your friends if you know what you want? Are you getting it from them?

Your friends obviously have no clue about sex.
