I have read article 132 of the UCMJ and it doesnt say anything specifically about an NCO and Jr enlisted dating.

I have read Article 132 and it only mentions Officers and Enlisted, and Ive read my compnay policy letters, adn he is no where near my chain of command or have any influence over me.

You can date if you are not in the same chain of command.

If he is not in your unit then it is probably not a big deal but if he is in your unit it may be, even if he is not in the CoC.

It all has to do with favoritism or the perception of favoritism.

It is not in the UCMJ specifically, the Regulation you are looking for is DA PAM 600-35, but it is quite vague.

If not within the same chain of command you should be fine. My best military friends actually were of the same ranks you mentioned and now they are happily married and now up to two rug rats.

My battery commander is dating an e-4 from another unit as long as your not in the same platoon, company, brigade or battalion you should be ok.

It is against the Military Code of Ethics. Even if the relationship is a relationship. All there needs to be is the perception of dating. Then it is bad and someone needs to step in. It is also against UMCJ. Keep Looking it is in there.

It's inappropriate, undisciplined, and wrong. And (depending on the writing abilities of the COC) possibly punishable by jail time.
And what else is wrong and punishable: you doing his correspondence course work for his promotion points. You should both be in jail.
