There are no religion teaching barbarianism. But there are people who teach barbarianism under the label of religion.

Unbelievers , is the most "religion" that is teaching barbarisms at present.
The only known three religions which came from Allah ( God ), Islam, Christianity and Judaism call for peaceful preaching to humans and and equality.

Militant Islam will Rule the world during Tribulation. Christ will come and destroy all Islam (everybody)
Peaceful muslims have to convert to militant muslims or they will be beheaded also. It's Scriptural. God's Holy Word.
