My hayfever blocked up nose is always worse when im lying in bed at night, where its constantly blocked, yet in the day blowing my nose will keep it clear, why is it different at night?

Not too sure on that one. But try laying your head in an upright position. Also there is an over the counter medication you can find at walmart you could try. Its the cheaper version of clariton. it comes in a blue and white box and is only a couple of dollars. My oldest daughter uses it ever day for her allergies and it works awesome. good luck to you

At night your body relaxes and in a sense has run out of energy therefor it cant fight as well as when you have more energy during the day!

I guess it is because your body sort of shuts down at night and your body although still fighting the viruses and bacteria slows down

sometimes when you sleep they swell up it could be dust or allergies to dust mites
