If you are totally sure that you are in love with him then the best thing to do is to tell him directly. But before that you should make sure that he really is a lovable guy and make sure that he wouldn't make any harm to you or try to use you and make sure that you are not getting into someone else's way that means make sure that he is single. First ask yourself if you're really in love with him. Go on a date with him and see if you really like him and if you could see this relationship growing into something long-term. If you just think he's cute, it's probably just lust.
