If you go to the gym there is a machine called the eliptical, if you run on it for 30-60 mins a day for 3 days a week you should see some results in about 2-4 weeks. Also, do some squats and lunges.

Well god bless the girl that recognizes what real men want in their women.
Okay: getting it thick and quick.. not sure honey.
I can tell you how to add muscle.
You have supliment your diet with a nutrition shake, something like a MetRx or the like. You don't want to burn off the sweetness while your adding the thickness.
You need a training partner while doing this and if you're serious, get a two month membership somewhere (NOT BALLY's or any place the makes you sign up for life). Talk to the trainer there and have them help you learn the exercises you'll need.
Once you've got them down, you can continue on your own.
Deep squats where the thigh goes past parellel.
Lunges are great
Bounding works well to keep elasticity up.
You'll want to make sure that you're not doing
lots of reps. Heavier weight (training partner as spotter),
lower reps equals bigger stronger muscles.
Don't overwork them, perhaps twice a week is all you'll
want to do. Be sure to get lots of rest and plenty of water.
Avoid caffiene and stimulants as these rob your body of
the nutrients you'll need for building your bootay.
Another thing you can do to give the illusion of a bigger rump,
is make your waist smaller. Get that waist really trim and those
hips will sink ships. There are various exercises you can do, like
crunches, standing twists (like a boxer) etc.
Try to avoid the stairmaster as this is for endurance training which causes the muscles to tighten up and become more efficient rather than to grow.
Also, there are certain undergarments you can buy that will make your bootay more pronounced. Corsets are making a come back and look really sexy. I've seen women's panties that have some shaping features to them as well.

Walking lunges with weights in your hands will get that booty up where you want. Squats are a great booty thickener too. Please be sure to read up on these exercises, because unless you get it right, you won't get it tight! Go Girl!

and start letting your man hit it from the back more often
