Ok so the family despises my long hair...its just below the shoulders...but i get no complaints from the ladies sometimes compliments. Anyway if some girls could shed some light on the situation give an opinion or two...it would be appreciated

Hey.....my answer wud b that go middle way ! You say that u hav hair below shoulders....ahhmm thou long hair are 'in' but thts too long......cut them lil bit till half ur neck....and i'm sure you'll get more compliments !! As for ur family...they'll also b happy for u regarded their words. Apply some Hair Gel for a wetter look and let all gurls go la la over you boy !! All The Best !

Depending on your age, if you are still i high school then what is the problem even the first four years of college but if you are of the working class and have a job or trying to get a job most employer will not take you seriously and will not look at you if you are being professional for the job.
The final decision will come down to you.

I prefer my man's hair real short. Love the way it feels when I run my hands across the back of the head! (Good thing he's a soldier!) But then again some guys look good with long hair. I'd have to see what you look like with your hair to give you any advice whether to cut it or not.

Long hair is not in style and it looks bad on some males. Have your family give you the reasons why they don't like it and ask them to take a photo of you . If you are older ...like over 30 ish then it is definately not a good look.

I love it when guys have long hair. it gives you something to run your fingers through and to hold on to. Besides it looks sexy and gives you a more androgynous look. Most people are bisexual and are attracted more to people who demonstrate at least a hint of the same sex in the opposite sex or vice versa.

neh- some girls like it long, others like it short. personally i like short. i find guys with long hair hard to approach. couldn't tell ya why cause i have no clue. anyways- why not try it for a change in pase. hair grows back! :)

My hubby has long hair. If you want long hair then keep it. Your style is your own.
