Well, you certainly have your own view but Judas did in fact go to hell and is there even now.
It is apparent you are playing games with the word of God and I wouldn'r recommend it.

The answer you are looking for is Judas. Jesus said of him that it would be better if he had never been born. However I do believe he went to hell. His own place refers to the spot for him. For a believer in Jesus their place is in heaven for those who reject Him their place is in hell.
