How do I get medical cards for my two young children? I live in Coventry. England.?

It is the only ID I can use to open them a bank account, and I don't have the originals.

THe bank want ID with an address on it, and for a child only a medical card is valid.

Hi, your GP will give you the details you need. Birth certificates should suffice though.

they dont give out medical cards anymore, banks usually want birth certificates.
