it hard to stay away from her when shes a maneger at my work

The fact that she is a manager where you work should not be an excuse for her to be able to almost blackmail you into fathering a child you are not ready for. If it was the other way around and she was the male in this situation then it would be almost sexual harassment and there are avenues you can go down to get it stopped.
17 is way too young to be thinking of having a child. You will change so much in the next few years, and who you are now is not going to be who you are when you reach 24. technically you are not even recognised as an adult, whereas she is 24 and has a child already.
I think you need to be honest, tell her this is freaking you out. That you don't want to bring a child into the relationship when you have a lot of growing to do yourself, first. Depending on how strong her urge to have another child is, she will either be reasonable and understand, or she will be out there finding another potential father.

First, in many states, your relationship could land your gf in some hot water.
Now that I've gotten that out of the way... consider: at 17, you are nearing (or already reached) the end of your high school career. You have a world of choices open to you.
I'm sure you love your gf, but you have to love yourself as well. having a child is a lifelong committment. Are you 100% sure that you are prepared to take care of a child?
Think about this and then talk to your gf about options. Look out for your future or it will pass you by. (don't forget, you still have a couple of really important birthdays coming up.... what do you want to be doing on your 21st birthday???)

wow thats deep lol u needa ask yourself what you want ?? your so young ..alot can change I had my lil girl when i was 17 and its hard ..I was stuck at home while all my friends wer out partying **** and her dad too lol ..hmm i hadda grow up and take care of my responsability .taking care of a baby is stressful and it takes work ..you learn something new everyday ..I love my daughter and dont regret having her but i can admit i was way to young and didnt get a chance to be a kid and enjoy life .. enjoy your life sweety have fun live a little there is so much to experiance damn im 26 and havent experianced anything except raising my child that alone is great but you might wanna have a lil fun 1st ... dont be in such a hurry to grow up ..your only a kid once !! if she cant understand and respect your feelings on the situation then u dont need her anyway cuz a one sided relationship never works out healthy anyway lol I prmise it dont ive been in one for 10 years now and I dont even know who i am anymore .. good luck and best wishe

You should keep away from her, since a 17 fathering a kid on 24 is strictly unethical.

one thing is your not even of legal age and if you guys have had sex, then she will wind up in jail, lose the child she has. children having children. if you both were the same age and out of college or both had good careers, it would be fine to then get married and have kids. the relationships never work out. there illegal if the other is underage. even if you turn 18 and the law finds out you both had sex or a child, they will arrest the person who was older which is her. wait till your at least of legal age of 18. then remember your both very young and its hard enough to raise one child let alone two. you haven't even had a chance to enjoy your life yet and what it has to offer. if it doesn't work out you are responsible for child support and its not easy on alot of young people. i've seen many guys who get hot older gals they hook up with and it never works out. they think with the wrong head. follow your heart and the law. best of luck.

Get a puppy instead.
If you both can raise that puppy for 2 years to be a well-behaved adult dog, then maybe THINK about having a baby.
If you screw up on a dog, oh well, it's sad, but not as bad as screwing up a child!

Talk to her. If she's telling you because she wants to have a kid with her, than you have to decide if you want this because you're ready for a kid or if it's because you dont want to lose your job. Than... go from there. Good luck!

well the fact she is much older than you suggests to me that she is using you to get what she wants and we both know what that is,dont be trapped leave her she is not your one true love your 17 be free of her and find your soal mate
