The longer you wait, the worse the penalties. There is a warrant out for your arrest now, and that's not a good thing. Do the time and get it over with - why have this hanging over your head?

They Have Probably Put Out A Failure to Appear Warrant On you, The Longer You Wait To turn Yourself In the More Likely You Are To Get Caught. Also I Assume (Dirty Word) that You Were Released On Your Own Recognizance And Since You Skipped You Will Probably Never Get That Option Again. Or At Least A HIGH Bail. Your Best Bet Is To Contavt The Court Clerk And Or The Jail And Set Up A Time To Turn Yourself In And Be There When You Are Supposed To And Just Get It Over With

Well, it would be helpful to know which County you violated in terms of remanding yourself? However, I would contact the Court and tell them (whatever, make-up some excuse, it can't hurt...although they've heard it all before!). And then go to Court and do your time. Don't worry about getting more time, just get it over with! You'll probably get an "early-kick" anyways.

the longer you wait the worse off you are you should have turned yourself in at that time because you could of had a lesser time and fine now you may have more added such as bench warrant and that is costly because they serve it arrest you wherever they find you and could loose your car impounded etc. and they could add more time
