A woman's son gets married. The woman leaves the couple alone for a few weeks to enjoy their honeymoon. I did. Unless you are a snob you would also enjoy it.I especially liked the sportive rejoinder of the father-in-Law. I would slightly change it.
The husband taken aback bursts ,
"Where in hell did you get this dress?'
"At the daughter-in-Law!" Wife said sheepishly.
"I must go one day and see it. I am sure it must be better. You--You never had much clothing sense anyway."

That is actually quite funny :)
I have been through the "welcome home dress" with my husband.. and he does seem to appreciate it alot.
The ironing part is so cruel that it is truly funny.
