I guess you mean for Commerce or BMS. HR is definitely better, no two ways about it. Thoguh Jaihind is good enough too.

Jai Hind ,word was given by great & famus Indian freedam fighter Subash Cuander Bos when he was fighting against British rulers , It means Victoury For India. Jai means Victory and Hind means Hinustan (India ).& H.R college is educational Initituet so they both are good on there Place, Jai hind is a slogan and H.R college is educational Insititute.
