Is there any good company who provide Visa, as well i am not from the EU countries, but i ilke to work and stay in Europe specially in UK, Germany, Spain.

You work illegally in the 'black' economy like millions of others. As long as you pay taxes you won't have a problem.

In general, only Europeans can work in Europe. You could do some under-the-table work, but if you were caught and deported or fined or jailed, it wouldn't have been worth it. You might want to contact the embassies of specific countries and ask. In some cases, for example students may be allowed to work for a while. You could also get a job with an American/International company with branches in Spain, UK, Germany, etc. then you'd get a temporary work permit.

First, wherever you are working, you will need to know the local language. I'm pretty sure that you could start out with a tourist visa (passport?) and then once you get a job, check the embassy to see what you need to do to stay. Or you could try to get a job in your own country that does business over there and take a position that way.
