my step mother is manipulating my dad for his money he's given her enough money to last her and a few family members a lifetime. But now you see, their is another factor to this drama. She has recently been deported and is telling my dad that he needs to send my son down their {to her country}.....my son whom my father now has custody over. and hes not even going!!!! to give you an idea of the amount of $ cash were talking ,
45,000.00 for a house for her parents in her country. 800.00 a month to her ex-husband for her two daughters from a previous marriage. 5,000.00 to pay for a coyote to bring her son back from another previous marriage.not to mention the all white wedding she requested or the million dollar home they live in , access to all my dads credit cards! oh but shes no fool and wants me to stay out of the picture and somehow has got my dad to feel the same way. she neglects my son yet refuses to let me see him if he calls me mommy because she wants my son to belive sheis

Marrying someone for their money is not fraud, and there is nothing you can do about this woman taking your dad for all he has. He deserves it if he is going to be stupid. You need to get your son back and sever ties with your dad and that devil woman ASAP. Contact a lawyer NOW. If this woman is neglecting your son you cannot as a mother afford to wait.

The Immigration and Naturalization Service would be thew responsible Federal Agency - however, this may be a difficult charge to prove. If someone married another person so that they could remain in this country, it seems that both parties were involved.

i wouldnt. if your wrong you would be putting people through H E L L , thats not right, if you are right i still wouldnt, besides you never know love sometimes goes slow. as long as taxes are being paid and no one is getting hit MYOB

1000 dollars says the ICE (old name for INS) won't care AT ALL about this and won't do anything about it...they wouldn't do anything about the May 1st boycott..why would they do anything for your situation?
