Well, that depends on a few things. If you are about to be raped or are being raped and kill in self defence because you fear for your life, then that's fair enough and you would probably be let off if you only used reasonable force.

If you kill in revenge, that's a different matter. The law is there to prevent revenge killing or revenge of any kind, it helps to prevent feuds, hatred and vigilantes. Sometimes the system works, sometimes it doesn't but the government is much bigger than a few people and weilds much more power. We have no choice but to trust the system. You would never be let off if you killed for revenge.

No. No man is allow to take the law in there own hand. You might also be looking at first degree murder if you do it and don't have an expensive lawyer to back you up or to defend you. anyhow you will be put away for at least 15 years.

i would let you off the hook, but i'm not the law,
sad that the rapist has more rights and is protected more than the victim.

Ridiculously no, you would still go along for murder - they may, however, be slightly more lienient, but i dobt it. Although the rapist has ruins his or her victims life, its only the victim that gets punished, they'd do a couple years jail, if that and if they get caught, and thats it. Its b*llshit.

Killing should never be a soultion to anything planned. You should consider talking your feelings out with and reconsider your question. I'm sure there is many other ways you can address whatever your problem may be.

Only if you had reason to believe that you were directly threatened or someone else was directly threatened by this person. You cannot walk away then come back and whack him without being charged with murder.
