You should talk on the phone as friends. Before you date her as a couple, try going out with her and her friends or as a group with your friends. This is less intense and allows a friendship to develop between you.
Building a friendship can take months or years depending on the people involved and how often you can see each other face to face. You must win her trust and she must win your's. But this process is worth it if you want to form a lasting realtionship.
Once you have become good friends, you should ask her out on a date to begin a boyfriend, girlfriend relationship together.

Next time you e-mail her, let her kow that you really enjoyed the time that you met in the airport. Tell her that you don't have a girlfriend and joke from time to time that you are holding out until she is available.. But don't overdo it!! And if she changes the subject let her... You can come back to it later... Say or make a comment that you should do something together in the future as friends or she can bring a friend...

Talk on the phone, make sure you know her. Just date her. dating is the best way to get to know people, because if you rush into it with out that phase, god, it is disaster, and trust me on that one

You have to get to her first, like properly not over the internet! and see if you and her have a connection, then if you do see each other more and more and youll end up together! :) good luck!
