PAU, this is the white fluffy doughy buns with fillings inside? You should search the net using the SEARCH ENGINE. There are many free recipes to choose from. I have never tried making paus but would try in the future. If it would be me, I would look it up in the net or get cook books.

I take it you mean the white buns with/without fillings? Go to any of the local bookshops and look for a cookbook with the recipe. I don't think it's too difficult. My mom makes it fairly often at home.
