Her and her boyfriend have been going out for about 4 months now and she is getting upset that they havent kissed yet. She is too shy to make the first move because she hasn't had her first kiss yet. (keep in mind we are pretty young.) is there any advice i can give her??

It might be his first kiss also so he may be just as nervous as she is they need to talk about it

You know something? Relationships aren't all about kissing. Maybe the boy is just waiting for the relationship to nurture further? Or perhaps he is just too shy as well?
If ever they are going on dates, perhaps you can ask your friend to guide him to a playground or a park bench. Just sit there and talk and just look at the stars, Who knows, there could be a magical moment there. Both stare into each others' eyes and lean closer...Yup.
Remind her also that if she is still too young, do not succumb to her sexual urges. Thingsa may happen which she may regret later in life.
Everything boils down to choices. Make the right choice. And try not to be too shy, ok? Hee! =)

If she is not comfortable enough to talk to him about it, SHE may not be ready for that kind of commitment. A first kiss is a big deal to a young lady. Perhaps he senses that and is being a gentleman. Also, remember, boys get scared too.

Don't get upset there will be a right time for that to happen and when it does she will be grateful that it never happened earlier so if she is not up to it yet so much the better. Tell her to just enjoy the fun of being with him

Yes, There is! Don't push it !!!! You never want to put too much pressure on her/him. They have to be comfortable with each other first! Once they have that then it will work. Don't ever put too much presure on your friend! Just tell her take it slow!!!! There is NO HURRY!!!! SHE will know when it feels like it is right!
