You don't need to neccessarily brush after every meal. I don't know of anyone who does that unless they have OCD or something like that. Just brush in the morning and again before you go to bed. Some anti-cavity rinse would probably do wonders too for keeping plaque and tarter off of your teeth. I hear that Trident or Orbit white, between meals or after meals, helps to keep your teeth white also. Good Luck!

it would help if you'd brush your teeth first thing in the morning, after every meal, and before bed. always brush before you floss and you only have to floss at night if you don't want to during the day. dentist approved mouthwashes always work too and you use it for one minute at night only after you've brushed and flossed. Oh, and once you've mouthwashed, don't eat or drink anything for at least an hour (unless you wanna do the same thing all over again). if i'm no help, you should ask your local dentist, they are real teeth experts (some of them).

Order of brush or flossing doesn't matter. The best thing to do is brush your teeth after meals, in the morning, and before you sleep.
I recommend Colgate Total toothpaste because it has triclosan, which is an anti-inflammatory that prevents gingivitis.

Brush after every meal, also when you wake up and before bed. Brush first, then floss carefully. Use a Stim-u-dent or wooden toothpick to stimulate your gums while you watch TV. Do this carefully and don't push it deeply into your gums or they'll bleed.

I don't know about clean but if you're refering to pearly white teeth, what you can do is crush some charcoal and brush your teeth with the powder. Then brush your teeth again with toothpaste. Your teeth will be nice and white.
