Which brand do you use most? I never really used olive oil.. But have been eager to try. I hear extra virgin olive oil is good on salads and topping of food. But when would I use regular olive oil?
Is there a brand of olive oil that tastes like olives?
Thanks.

I like to use Bertolli and Pietro Coricelli (both are Italian Brands). I prefer Italian over Spanish and olive oil from other countries. Personal preference for the taste and aroma. I will, however, use Spanish olive oil for a Spanish dish, and so on.

I use blended or regular olive oil for stir frying or pan frying foods, or any dish where I have to heat the oil. If I'm going to use olive oil for pasta or salads I like to use Extra Virgin. Heating up Extra Virgin olive oil changes the taste.

See the site below for more info. Enjoy!

I use Colonna extra virgin olive oil. It's a product of Italy. Extra virgin is the best. I use it for cooking to not just as a salad topper.

Home made from a friend in Croatia:)

They use different olives for making the oil so it can't taste the same
