I went to bed around 10:00, tossed and turned, got up around midnight, went back to bed around 1:00, tossed and turned again. I need to be up at 7:00 with my daughter. Any suggestions? I am NOT a tea drinker, so don't suggest herbal tea.

My Mother heats a cup of milk and puts a teaspoon of honey in it.
She swears by it. I personally do not know because I am allergic to milk.
Also try putting a cold cloth on your forehead and something soft ((Sleeping mask) over your eyes.
Good luck!

Warm milk, slow music for about 10 minutes, count a few wooly white sheep and you'll be in dreamland!

Get comfortable. Close your eyes and take deep slow breathes. Try not to think of anything else. You won't remember falling asleep in the morning.

Eat a banana if you have one. I've heard they help you sleep. If you have turkey eat that as well, I know that makes people tired.
