Sleep. At least you should get checked. Many people are tired all the time because of the lack of sleep they get even in an 8 hour sleep. Especially if you are overweight, you should go have a sleep study done to see if you have sleep apnea or some other obstruction that is causing you to have interrupted sleep.

Set plans to wake up and excercise in a way you enjoy. Coffee and other chemical solutions cause you to crash. Excercise will get you energized, and make you increasingly alert as your routine progresses.

avoid eating oily food and go for a brisk 45 min walk everday.also drink coffee and tea whenever you are feeling sleepy.take a strong mug of coffee after your dinner.it might help.

if your tired & sleepy from NOT sleeping..try Tylenol PM or contact your dr about a prescription to help you rest

if your tired and sleepy even after sleeping; you'r Iron could be very low-that will make you tired and hard to sleep--contact a dr soon!!!

if you sleep 8 hours and wake up and you are still tired.ask your wife or someone who can hear you sleeping if you snore load and if you stop breathing in your sleep.or have you ever woke up tring to catch your breath.if so you need to ask your doctor about sleep apnea.it is very dangerous people die from it.i have it.

Drink coffee and stay moving keep your blood flowing. Thats what i do or i would sleep my life away.

Exercise ...and try not to sleep whenever u feel sleepy ...make a schedule
