well... my dad was once a Buddhist, then He experienced Jesus which changed his life. He became sooo much patient, kind and understanding (he was tempramental before). Amazing. All of our family r Christians now. I guess if your brother's life has changed to the better, the reason why he is telling you about Jesus is probably because he wants you to experience it too.

Don't try to change others. Don't criticise your brother. Don't hurt anybody. Don't do any evil to others. Love all kind of people. Love people of any religion. That is true Hindu. I think you are a true hindu. Let your brother go in his way. If the cristianity teaches to criticise other religion people, let them to do. See if dog barks upon us we should n't do the same. Hindu is the one of most oldest religion in the world. and teaches only good thing. Hindu king or people never invaded other countries. we are not a such a barbarians. See both world wars are most because of cristian people not because of hindu. The Cristians countries (Uk, US, Germany, etc) only started many wars, captured other countries, others countries wealth, etc. So now they are saying thier country and thier religion is better. mmmmmmmmm. How do they got all these? All by only illegal ways, capturing other countires. But hindu never done this kind of barbarian things.

Well, u are free to believe in god whichever way you like. As far as ur brother is concerned, he is still NOT a true christian bcoz true christians do not do this crap. They are very friendly ppl (if they truly follow the message given in the bible).
I know that the initial church was all corrupt. Do not confuse today's church with that. Today's church is a result of various reformation movements.
U urself know the work that this religion does. It operates various charitiy orgs, orphanges, and SCHOOLS most importantly. The truth is that many Hindus themselves want their kids to go to christian schools, learn values, good english, etc.
Just tell your brother to read the Bible more n more to understand what this religion is truly, if he converts, u'll c his behavior changed.

you can't make him stop... I know how you feel.. I'm Catholic but I still get some Christians trying to "convert" me... hello! I'm already on the team!
ANyway, use this metaphor.. the way I see it.. we're all walking towards the same horizon. We might be headed to slightly different places on that horizon, but it's the same horizon nonetheless. And we're all walking on near parallel roads, so there's no need to throw rocks at each other.
And anyway, remind him... if he allows himself to keep thinking like that and take it too far, he's in danger of falling into one of the worst sins.. Pride. Remind him, "Pride before the Fall". God is about love, not about dissing your fellow man or woman. Like the Hard Rock Cafe slogan, "Love All, Serve All".

To be a Christian, is to be "like Christ" in all we say and do.
His critisim is his concern for you. I would suggest that you have a talk with him, ask him why he critizes so much you may find that it is out of concern. Understand that his beliefs are not the same as your own and take care of your words to him, be willing to listen to what he has to say even if you don't accept his beliefs. Also ask him if it bothers you so, that it does bother you and that you don't want to fight. See where this takes you.
I am a Christian myself and I don't judge others and their beliefs, only God has the authority to do this, nor do I press the matter if it is not wanted, I do, however try to be as cautious with my own wording when speaking with those who have other beliefs than I do. I will be critized myself with this response since I am not trying to state my beliefs in their entirety and trying to get you to believe what I do. Beliefs take time to form and to be changed, that is my experience.

Maybe if you can get your f***ing RSS dogs to stop killing Christians for the fun of it, and ask your hypocritical Hindu brethren to practise what they preach and tolerate other relegions, he wouldnt feel so strongly about the whole situation...its a 'crime of passion' and its the fault of the Hindu relegion

This happens to many Christians. ITs the arrogance that permeates from some of the more fundamental sects of CHristianity.
Don't listen to him. He's lost in his own little Christian world. It doesn't make sense anyways. Just tell him he's making a fool of himself.

Explain to him one thing, any religion from God has come to us to make us better people, and NO religion criticizes other ones, people do it but religion doesn’t, so the problem is him and not the religion he carries

I'm afraid you can't. You both will just have to live with it. You could of course try to talk to him and ask to respect your views, or at the very least keep his to himself.
