lately i've noticed that the texture of my hair has changed the individual strands are thin and it;s falling out could she be right? i thought that hair loss was from internal problems like lack of nutrients etc..

I think your hair stylist is not correct. Parting the hair in the middle is not a cause for losing hair.

I don't think she is right. Try paying attention to your eating habits and maybe that will help.
