Have a DNA test done before making any rash (final) decisions. If you slept with her, the child could be YOURS. And another thing, don't listen to any other answers before this one, because they sound like a bunch of kids. Did you hear she was sleeping with someone else? Did you catch her in bed with someone else? Did she tell you the child wasn't yours? None of them matter. If you slept with her, that child could be yours. DNA stands for more than finding out who's the daddy, also stands for Do Not Abandon. Think about it.

If in fact she is pregnant with someone else's baby, there is nothing that you can do, but break things off. . . You may still have feelings for her and it may hurt, but if she did this, it simply means that she betrayed your trust and not only did she sleep with another man, but she was not even smart and/or safe enough to protect herself and she does not only put herself at risk for an STD but you as well... Therefore, simply, take it like a man and tell her goodbye forever... good luck...

since u are asking what to do, it means u are still interested. So make a decision - can u live with this - the gossip maybe?, the real dad is likely to maintain contact with his baby, why did she not tell u earlier, did she cheat during your relationship? If so, what does this say about her, how she is likely to treat u in future, whats to say she wont do it again - will u not be hurt? If u think through all the pros and cons and can live with them - suit yourself..

speak to your gf and ask her why this has happened. May be the other guy has forced her and she might be innocent. Now things can't be reversed. Try to help her in this birth and give it for adopton. Many childless couples will be ready to adopt. She is going through a delegate time and you are only the person who can help her. goodluck

If you love her and want to be with her and raise the child like it is your own then do it but if you are not wanting to then leave.

You should definitely leave her. If she hid this from you, whether it be that she was pregnant before getting with you and didn't tell you or she cheated on you, then you shouldn't be with her.
