I am trying to find a program that will let me edit some pictures in a fun way. For example, make someone look different (shorter, skinnier, bigger boobs). Something I can create funny pictures with.

Pixel is new and fun and free (well you get a watermark on your pic, but its waaaaaay cheaper than photoshop and its ilk)
