First of all Just tell him exactly what you just said it make you feel. He may not think you notice that he notices you. Second, he is only 14 and is just realizing that girl exist and are not completly gross, he is around you the most and is courious and likes what he sees. dont worry he should grow out of it after to tell him its gross. If he is still looking at you like that in a few years then he is a true weirdo and you need to stay away from him.

You're thinking he's just like a brother and a part of the family and you can do the same things you did when you were 3. But you both are growing older now.
He needs to stop thinking about you that way...
And you need to act more modestly. Teen bikinis are meant to cause certain thoughts, modeling shots are meant to put the emphasis on the body, so what do you expect!?

You have both hit puberty at the same time tell him you are uncomfortable with him staring at you all the time and if he doesn't stop you cant hang out anymore It is normal but if you don't say something he wont know you know what he is doing. And yes others think about there cousins and uncles brothers sisters aunts its normal to be curious as long as it stops at curious i remember my brother getting in trouble when he was younger for watching my mom get dressed. So for your cousin it is probably something he hasn't seen and likes what he sees. CONFRONT HIM!

their feeling and emotion He is 14 years old he is a teen anger so boys in this age are danger and uncontrollable so be carefully and talk to your parents at least your mother or some one close to you about it and try to avoid him. and always tell him that he is as brother and do not wear any hot clothes in front of him

He is 14. His hormones are going loopy and it looks like your his visual stimulation. Tell him honestly that you feel discomfort by the way he looks.
Be honest and upfront.

he is growing up... they are called hormones... he is becoming a normal man that thinks about sex 100's of times a day... we are very simple animals really!
the fact that you are cousins is a bit of a worry, however fairly normal in the scheme of things... you're a girl, he;s a guy...birds and bees

I think that you should have a talk with him and tell him that he is creeping you out. If that doesn't work then I would tell one of your parents about it. Then maybe he will stop.

He has noticed that you are starting to grow up. You should tell him that it really makes you uncomfortable when he looks at you that way.
