Dude ur sister must be really hot, that's y most of ur friends think the same way. But ur sister is not the only hotty for sure. Get after other hotty girls around ur place. It could be ur friends' sisters too that u can go after. But be careful. Get hooked only with those hotties who show interest in U. Nothing wrong in that. The thoughts you are having about your sister are 200% wrong. You should not be thinking about your sister in a sexual way. Thinking your sister is pretty is one thing - but you actually being attracted to her is very wrong. You need to stop these thoughts you are having and start acting like a friend and a brother to her.
You should talk to someone you trust about this if you can't stop these thoughts. You have already touched her in an inappropriate manner by touching her butt - which was wrong. You don't want it to go any farther. If you continue to have these feelings then you need to see a counselor.
