Call them up. Please be aware that Torrey Pines is one of the most popular public courses in the country, so your options might be limited. Indeed, there is discussion here in San Diego right about limiting the number of times a person can play the course in a single year.

You can also try a "brokerage" where you'll pay a company an extra fee to sit on the phones for you and get the time you want. This is the way to go if money isn't a big concern.

It's a fantastic pair of courses, but bring lots of sleeves of balls if you're even a little wild off the tee. Those canyons swallow up stray shots like you wouldn't believe.

Torrey Pines is a tricky place to get on at. I'd suggest just showing up very early and getting on that way. Depending on the size of your group, I am sure they can work you in. You have to remember, its the home course to San Diego St., all the local high schools and others. Plus they have a huge amount of members.
