What the heck is the First Earth Battalion?

Is it a Hoax? Did America really try to make physic troops? Is there like a field manual out there or is it all urban legend?

do you mean psychic troops, yesthey did duing the cold war with thecomunists. however, the comunists were also trying the same crap with the same results. nothing came of it.
