Whenever theres more thaen 1 os, theirs an annoying window, that pops up on startup for 20 or more sec, can I remove this, and access the 2nd os from F8 or something?

No, you cant remove the option selection as it would permanently damage your Boot File...
Instead you can lessen the time by editing the boot.ini file...
Steps:
START>RUN>c:\boot.ini

A new notepad window open with lines like
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect

Just edit the timeout=xx
where xx stands for seconds...
Do not touch any other contents of the file..and after editing save it!
Note: Dont compare the boot file contents of others with yours...cos, everyone has a different kinda boot file contents...

right click My Computer ==>properties==>Advance=>Startup & recovery
then set the first timer which is time to display operating systems to 0

You can probably search your startup folder in either OS or even us msconfig.exe if you are using windows as well, find the program and disable /delete.

if 1 of the systems is windows then edit the BOOT.INI file on the root of the windows system drive - the file has a timeout value in it

unhook the tower and whizz it out in the front yard this will disable both programs from running at the same time !

log on to it
right click on my computer - properties - advanced -srartup and recovery
from there u can edit time and any...
