I've recently began riding a road bike 25-30 miles a day (about 2 hours for me). At this intensity, what muscles get worked? I know quads and glutes are primary. I've heard calves, too, but I don't really feel that. I wear riding shoes, so I figure the pulling works my hamstrings. Anything else?

Yeah. Cleats.

The area most people seem to miss is the lower back. All your power, especially when climbing, starts from your hip flexers and lower back (this kind of works as an extension of your glutes).
You want to know what muscles are used you need to see a pro-cylist without his shirt on. Awesome calves, thighs, a**, and core muscles (abs and back). Little dinky wrists. Scrawny shoulders and neck.

It aint going to give you a six pack. Do you mean your using cleats with cycling shoes so you can pull on upstroke?

That's it, but it's targeting your calves a lot more than you think.
